Are you wondering on what to do at home especially during this period whereby the covid 19 disease has hampered various social activities? Remember even during this period we need to keep our bodies more healthy. How can we achieve this? This by engaging in various daily physical activities. This is not time to just sit down,relax ,eat and sleep simply because the government stated that we stay at home. We need to find out time out of our daily busy schedules at home to do some physical exercises otherwise if we fail some of us may come out of this period with complicated health problems such obersities after the pandemic has pass on. Remember your health is much more important than wealth but with the current generation this opposite. Many people still neglect physical activities this the reason why health problems such higher colestrols in the body, diabetes and various heart problems are rising each and every time in our community. Instead people associates this exercises to belong to sports people only. With current modernisation one cannot even walk by foot for a distance of around 7km and instead they opt using vehicles or bikes. Walking by foot is one the ki simpliest physical exercise but due to hurry hurry which has no blessing many prefer using vehicles this remind on a day I attended one of the church service at our church in the village, to my shock the church compound was filled with the church member's vehicles of which most them come from around: this shows clearly how people at this era have neglected walking by foot over short distances.
Hereby that the government have ristricted movement here some of the free cheap physical exercises you can do while at home , you doesn't to go gym: √Involving yourselves in aerobic activities such cycling, jumping this will help you to kick out excess fats in your body
√Swimmers-This lying down on your stomach with your hands stretch above the ground. Lift you left hand together with the right leg at the same time leave them in the air for 2 to 3seconds and do the same to the other hand and leg. Do 5 - 10 counts on each side . This will help to strength stomach muscle and ease the blood flow.
√Side plank- lie down on your right side on your elbow raise your left hand up. Try to maintain on the same position for like 15 - 60 seconds. This will help to strengthen stomach and pelvic muscles

√Bicycle crunches -lie down on your back bent your legs and lift your shoulders and keep your hands at the head .Do 3 sets
√Skipping~ this jumping on rope ,do this severally as much you can this will ease the circulation of blood in your body and kick excess of your body
√ Also do some press ups and sit backs 5- 10 counts a day and this will help you strengthen your muscles.
Also if you can access to farm you can indulge yourself in farming activities such as cultivating, weeding this also part of simple physical exercises.
By participating in all of this activities believe me you health will greatly improve and also remember take balance diet and drink a lot of water.Stop eating and just sleeping during this period do part of this exercises.
